DEPOSITS

Due to the time, skill, and customization involved in Sisterlocks and Microlocks services, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Sisterlocks and Microlocks appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

• Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled outside the allowed timeframe, or if the client does not show.
